Kixify Buyer Protection is built for the problems buyers worry about most: orders that do not arrive and items that are significantly different from the listing.

Covered claim types

  • Item Not Received: the item never arrives. Kixify helps keep your order, messages, and tracking details together for review.
  • Significantly Not as Described: the item is materially different from the listing, such as the wrong item, counterfeit item, missing major features, undisclosed damage, or unusable condition.
  • Payment review: PayPal reviews payment claims under its own program rules and may request documentation such as tracking, photos, messages, or return shipment proof.

Not covered by the program

  • The item was properly described but you changed your mind, did not like the fit, or it did not meet expectations.
  • A defect was correctly described in the listing, including minor scratches on an item listed as used.
  • Payments made outside Kixify checkout, including direct PayPal payments, friends-and-family payments, cash, wire transfers, or other direct arrangements.
  • PayPal claims filed late, claims without requested documentation, double-recovery attempts, or purchases PayPal excludes under its program terms.
